Aubrey Post: Maine Recipes

Morning Mom!

I was listening to NPR on my way home yesterday and Here and Now's, Kathy Gunst (their resident Chef) was speaking about stocks and soups -- YUM. I'd never think to make my own stock but she made it sound so simple that I think she convinced me to give it a shot! At the end of the show her and the host started discussing her newest book, "Notes from A Maine Kitchen - Seasonally Inspired Recipes" and I must say, it sounds like a winner. I may be making a little trip to the bookstore this weekend :)
